Vision, Mission and Status Quo
The vision – To make cash transfers a thing of the past, using payments clearing to simplify life for everyone.
The mission – We are empowering businesses with innovative and cooperative financial solutions that make life easier.
Clearitt challenges the status quo, builds a vibrant business ecosystem, and turns the idea of fair play in finance into a tangible reality.
Problem and Solution
Problem
Clearitt addresses the substantial challenge of efficiently managing a business’s cashflow, which consumes significant time and financial resources.
At its core, businesses need timely payments to meet obligations but often must resort to inefficient solutions like invoice financing, borrowing, or manual customer chasing. Compounding this, customers face identical pressures – creating systemic friction across the financial ecosystem.
Solution
Clearitt offers a centuries-old solution –clearing – to a new audience. Our platform enables businesses to offset payables against receivables, allowing them to only settle the net amount.
Benefits
Invoice clearing offers numerous advantages to businesses. These benefits include significant time savings, cost reductions and freeing up working capital to grow their business.
Market Opportunity
#1. Clearing Services – TAM ~ AU$5bn / year
The Australian payments market represents a significant opportunity, with AU$5.1t in clearing potential for us. This comprises AU$4.1t in annual B2B invoicing (2.4m businesses) and AU$1t wage payments (13.4m employees).
We charge a 0.1% fee on the amount cleared (see business model section).
TAM: AU$5b annually in invoice clearing fees (AU$4b B2B invoicing + AU$1b wages).
SAM: Full market service infrastructure
SOM: Currently capable of servicing over 90%+ of SMEs
#2. Data Monetisation – TAM also in the AU$ billions
We’re mapping Australia’s AU$4.1t B2B invoice network – currently unmonetised – with foundational capabilities:
• Industry code capture (mapped to international standards)
• High-value benchmarking datasets
• Future opportunities:
o Supply chain analytics
o Business directory services
o Fund manager intelligence tools
o etc.
#3. Global scaling
- US market: 11x Australia’s scale
- EU market: 10x Australia’s scale
Business Model
Clearitt helps businesses settle their incoming and outgoing B2B invoices in bulk with minimal or no cash transfers.
Clearitt’s business model rests on two primary revenue streams:
#1. Performance-Based B2B Invoice Clearing Fee
Clearitt charges a performance-based fee that applies only if we have reduced the need for cash payments for a business. The fee is 0.1% of the cleared amount. For example, if Clearitt reduces the need for cash payments for a business of $100,000, we will charge the user $100.
This model provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional financing methods like loans or invoice financing. Our users pay only when they benefit, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, effectively eliminating churn.
This source of income is based on the large volume of B2B invoicing that takes place in Australia, which is 3-4 times larger than B2C consumer spending.
#2. Data Monetisation
Clearitt capitalises on the expansive B2B and B2C network along with cutting-edge analytics capabilities for data monetisation.
Our Cashflow Monitor is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering that charges a base fee of $19 per month. This service equips businesses with detailed financial insights, providing them with data-driven recommendations and proactive decision-making support.
Additionally, from day one, we gather critical industry data, setting the stage to soon deliver world-class benchmarking and credit scores on an industry level. Our ongoing efforts to decode this vast and intricate network promise exciting future developments in data services.
Why Now?
Clearitt’s launch aligns perfectly with the technological advancements in APIs, cloud computing, and AI/ML. Additionally, Clearitt benefits from favourable regulatory conditions. Its user-centric design ensures a seamless experience, catering to a growing population of tech-savvy users.
Given the current economic challenges, including the scarcity of capital and rising interest rates, Clearitt plays a vital role in streamlining cashflow and unlocking working capital efficiently.

Exit Strategy
We expect this to happen within 3 to 5 years.
Acquisition or equity partner: Clearitt’s unique capabilities makes it an attractive target for major financial institutions or tech giants looking to expand their offerings. Our proprietary clearing technology and growing network of users will represent significant value for potential acquirer.
IPO: As Clearitt scales and captures a significant portion of the AU$4.1t B2B invoicing and AU$1t wage payments market in Australia, an IPO would allow us to access capital markets for further expansion, potentially into international markets.
